Instructions included and everything needed to install. They even sent us another brake when we accidentally broke one trying to install it. My wife Loves her Townie, even more so since it's electrified. The kit came with all the tools for the conversion. I struggled removing the hub, Townie manufacturers did not want those to be removed by DIY.Impressed by the way the torque motor assist in riding.Assemblies instructions are poor, but can find many helps on YouTube.Spent the most time trying to organize the cables and wires. Had to improvise and cut a hole in the seat bag, for the battery.
